For General Contractors & Subcontractors

Dead-accurate site measurements — from photos, not a survey crew.

Veravox Insights gives construction operators in Waterloo Region and Southwestern Ontario measurements they can build to. We turn ordinary site photos — locked to surveyed ground control — into a dimensioned 3D model and a dated record, so you catch conflicts before they become rework, and you have proof to stand behind on a dispute. No survey crew, no site shutdown.

The idea

Rework and disputes start with bad measurements. We are not a drone service — we turn ordinary site photos, locked to surveyed ground control, into measurements accurate enough to build to, and a time-stamped record you can defend on a change order or a claim.

What we deliver

Documentation your workflow can use — fast.

Every deliverable comes from ordinary photos and lands in standard formats your existing tools already read — point clouds, meshes, CAD linework, orthomosaics, and PDF reports.

Progress documentation

A dated 3D model and photo record of the site at each visit — earthwork, framing, envelope, MEP rough-in. Track what changed between milestones without a full survey.

3D model (OBJ) · orthomosaic (GeoTIFF) · PDF report

Existing conditions & as-built

Before demo or renovation, a dimensioned capture of what's actually there — walls, openings, services — tied to surveyed ground control so the numbers hold up. The measured baseline your estimate and drawings can build to.

Ground-controlled 3D model · CAD linework (DXF)

Dimensioned models & measurements

Pull real distances, areas, and volumes from the model after the fact — stockpile volumes, room areas, clearances — without a return trip to site.

Point cloud (LAS · E57) · OBJ mesh · DXF

Dispute & change-order record

Date-stamped, metadata-backed visual documentation of site conditions — what was built, when, and how. Defensible evidence for change orders, claims, and closeout.

Time-stamped record · shareable link
How it works

You shoot the photos. We deliver the model.

No specialized equipment on site, no crews standing around. If a job needs aerial coverage, we fly it; most of it you can capture with a phone.

01

Shoot the site

Walk the site taking overlapping photos — we'll give you a simple capture guide. Or we come out and capture it, aerial included.

02

Send them over

Upload the photos. No proprietary hardware, no app to learn — a phone or a jobsite camera is enough.

03

We process locally

We reconstruct a measurable 3D model and a clean record on our own hardware — nothing uploaded to a platform that keeps your data.

04

You get the deliverable

A 3D model, measurements, and a dated record in standard formats — LAS/E57 point cloud, OBJ mesh, DXF CAD linework, GeoTIFF orthomosaic, PDF report, or a shareable link — with a fast turnaround.

Why it pays

Cheaper than a survey crew. Faster than a second site visit.

Catch errors before they cost you

Accurate as-built numbers, verified against ground control with independent check points, surface conflicts on screen — before they become rework, a change order, or a liability on site.

No return trips

Measure from the model whenever a question comes up — the site is on record, so you don't send someone back.

Defensible record

Date-stamped, metadata-backed documentation that holds up on a change order, an insurance claim, or closeout.

🛡

We carry the capture

Fewer people on ladders and roofs. When aerial is needed, it's flown under a TC Advanced RPAS certificate.
